The Camellia Home Health Marietta office participated in the Cobb County "East Cobber" health care event on 9/12/2009 in Roswell, Georgia. The Camellia marketing department attendance was the first of several pre-planned community partnerships in the month of September in order to raise public awareness about rising homelessness in women and children in Cobb County and to assist with fund raising for the new Must Ministries Community Health Care Clinic. |
| With the help of community volunteers, Camellia Home Care provided free face painting and raffled a large "Family Friday Night" basket filled with family movies, games, popcorn and other treats. Educational opportunity was also available for the general public to explore available community services for all stages of life including emergency food and housing assistance provided through the Must Ministries organization. An estimated 10,000 people were in attendance. |
