Deidra Neery was recognized as the Hospice Volunteer of the Year for her many hours of service and dedication to the hospice patients and families, and the hospice team.

Camellia's hospice agency in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, held their annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on April 21, 2009.  This annual event is a time for our hospice staff to recognize and express their special "thank you" to the volunteers who willingly give of their time and hearts to our hospice patients and their families.  Our hospice volunteers provide much comfort and support to our patients and their families through telephone calls, reading to the patient, doing housekeeping or lawn care, meal preparation, and running errands.
