Our Vision
To work to educate the patient and family and maintain strict adherence to the physician's orders and plans of treatment, including regular follow-up visits with the physician. If your physician recommends home health care, we can:
1. Help reduce the length and cost of hospitalization by making an earlier discharge possible.
2. Prevent many costly admissions to nursing homes, hospitals, or other health care institutions.
3. Enable you to return to familiar surroundings with loved ones close by, allowing your family to participate in your care.
